I've lived your life.
BCom graduate. 17 years in corporate operations. Dance studio owner. Fitness coach. I know what it's like to manage everything and put yourself last. I started dancing at 27, competed nationally, and built a fitness business from scratch — because I believe it's never too late and you're never too busy. I'm BCRPA certified, HIIT trained, and I've been coaching women for 15 years. My method is simple: build habits that actually stick.
